Distribution of food materials, sanitizers and masks for survival of migrants, daily wage labours, shelter less people, rack pickers and vulnerable communities in United Khammam Districts, Telangana State and Vijayawada surrounding areas of Andra Pradesh State.

Distribution masks and sanitizers for 250 children in target CCIs for 15 days
Ongoing motivation and counseling on prevention mechanisms of Corona Virus and stay safe methods for beneficiaries.
Logistics Ensured:
Planning & scaling up the program and a way forward conference calls and whatsapp information sharing between Fr. Koshy (Patron), Fr. Kalaparthy Prasad (Advisor) and Mr. Lourdu (Executive Secretary) on daily basis.
Formed the team of 10 members to implement and provided orientation on the program
objectives
Job description to staff and shared responsibilities (Identification of beneficiaries- areas as per
the proposal, procuring the food materials, transport- availing vehicle permission from district
administration officials, distribution, accounting the stock of the day, documentation). Daily
planning, implementation and evaluation at the end of the day by executive secretary in SCOPERD Office.
Involved the district administration officials like police, heath, revenue, CHILDLINE team, women
and child welfare department and local political representatives and anganwadi (appointed by
government) teachers in the programs.
Received feedback forms from beneficiaries like Child Care Institutions
Involved local clergy and Rev. Bishop Paul Maipan, Khammam district, Telangana state in the
programs and sought blessings. Ensured that no priority to any religion, casts, creed, politics and
races, on equal and needy basis served.
Utilized the budget as per the project proposal and FCRA guidelines. SCOPE-RD’s auditor aware
of the budget utility.
